Shipping Policy

Serenity Soul Stones carefully packages collector mineral specimens, crystal carvings, and display pieces for safe transit. Because many minerals have delicate crystal formations, each order is packed with protection, stability, and presentation in mind.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During high-volume live sale periods, processing may take slightly longer due to order sorting, careful wrapping, and combined packaging.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx when applicable. Carrier selection may vary based on package size, weight, destination, and service availability.

Packaging

Mineral specimens can include fragile points, druzy surfaces, delicate formations, and natural matrix. Each order is individually wrapped and securely packed to help reduce movement during transit.

We take extra care with fragile materials such as zeolites, apophyllite, stilbite, calcite, druzy specimens, carvings, towers, and statement pieces.

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damage During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of:

  • the damaged item
  • the shipping box
  • all packaging materials
  • the shipping label

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve eligible transit-related damage.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, transit times may vary. If tracking shows a delay or delivery issue, please contact us and we can help review the tracking information with you.
